Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "no888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to no888.ws, its operating entity, and all associated services, games, and digital products accessible through the website.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the no888 platform.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player on no888, through which gaming, betting, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.

Account Registration

All promotions offered by no888 are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players with verified Accounts only.
• Each promotion is subject to its own Wagering Requirement, minimum deposit threshold, time limit, and eligible game restrictions — these will be communicated clearly at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash before Wagering Requirements are met.

Players located in Pakistan are subject to the same bonus terms as all no888 users. PKR-denominated minimum deposit thresholds for individual promotions will be displayed in the promotion details at the time of the offer.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on no888 — including live dealer tables, slots, cricket betting, sportsbook markets, and Dragon and Tiger — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. These individual game rules form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during an active game round or bet — no888's system logs are the definitive record of the outcome. Where a game round was completed by the system before disconnection occurred, the result stands. Where a round was interrupted before completion, no888 will, where technically feasible, void the round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.

no888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A pricing or odds error is identified — including errors caused by technical malfunction or human input.
• The outcome of a sporting event is affected by circumstances that rendered the market void under standard bookmaking practice (e.g., match abandonment, venue change, player disqualification).
• Evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other integrity violations is identified in relation to the event or game.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including bets placed using funds from Bonus credit on ineligible games.

Cricket betting markets at no888 — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — follow standard cricket bookmaking rules. Live in-play bets are accepted up to the market suspension point displayed in the interface. Settled markets are final unless a formal error is reported within 48 hours of settlement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on no888 and will result in Account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with no888's games or betting markets.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or extract any part of the no888 platform's software or intellectual property.

no888 reserves the right to withhold funds from Accounts under investigation for prohibited conduct until the investigation is concluded. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, no888 will not return any funds — including original deposits — that were used in connection with the prohibited activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

no888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which no888 may exercise this right include, but are not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.
• A direction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactivity — where an Account has had no login or transaction activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may have an inactivity fee applied to the remaining balance on a monthly basis.

Where an Account is closed at the Player's request, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Closure requests should be submitted to no888 support via live chat.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no888 shall not be liable for:

no888 provides all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. no888 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors in games or markets, or the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

Privacy & Data

no888 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account on no888, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by no888 — including name, date of birth, address, payment information, and gaming activity — is used for the following primary purposes:
